The version that you selected is no longer supported. 'Acronis provides support for the current and immediately preceding versions of the product.

The program that downloaded from (which redirects to ) was ATIH2010HD_en-US.zip, which said the serial I got was wrong. I followed the procedure and got a key for Acronis True Image Home 2013(at least that is what is listed in my products page).

If you have bought an upgrade from a free OEM version of Acronis True Image, you need to install it on top of the free version. If an earlier version of Acronis product is already installed in your system, installation assistant will recognize serial number from the earlier version automatically and will not prompt you to enter a second serial number.

After providing both keys, follow the usual online or offline activation procedure. In the second field please enter a serial number for an earlier version of Acronis True Image.

If you purchased an upgrade version of Acronis True Image 2019, after you specify the license key for the upgrade version, the product will prompt you to enter another serial number.

Click Activate to verify the activation code :.

You can also type the activation code manually into the box from the piece of paper.

Back on the computer with Acronis True Image awaiting activation, click the Load from file button and select the file with the activation code from the previous step.

You can also copy the activation code to the clipboard and save it anywhere else, or write it down on a paper. Click Save to file and save it to a removable disk.

You will be shown the activation code (not to be confused with serial number or installation code).

The Installation code field will be populated with the value from the file.

Click Load from file and select the file, saved in the previous step (or type in the installation code if you chose to write it down)

You can also write down this code on a piece of paper. The program will generate an installation code.

Click on the Account tab on the left side bar, then click the small arrow icon next to Resolve activation problem to open a drop-down menu, and select Activate offline:.

Then provide the full serial number in your Acronis True Image and activate the product as described below.

On the machine with Internet connection, follow these steps. You need to obtain the full 64 digits serial number before activating the product.

If the license cannot be activated online for any reason, follow instructions below to activate the license using the offline method: WindowsР”В«oxed versions of Acronis True Image are shipped with a 14 to 16 digits activation key instead of a full 64 digits product serial number.
